The Bridge to the Stars

 

 

 

In the giant Tower built by the Homs to access the Starlift Odyssey Elevator, Clans, Guilds and Religious Congregations clash for power.

Close to the summit, the Consular Palace and the Order of the Temple of Anu reign over the people of the 'Bridge to the Stars'.

Still higher are the concentration camps in which the slave mutants, sacrificed for the work of the Starlift, are locked up.

​

Finally, at the very top of the Tower, the Observatory, the catapult system and the metallic derrick are readied for the launch of the first space ship to leave the planet since the Great Deluge. 

It will be the first expedition to capture the broken cables of the old space elevator and try to reach the city of space: Central Station, abandoned 7 centuries earlier.
